Russian speaking guru to fix a cgi script - $$

I got a website..guestbook BBS style....
all is run through a simple cgi guestbook script but the comments on this script are in russian and cannot fix it.

The log file says the common error "premature end of headers" without specifying the error line..
paths are all correct so I need someone who speaks the lang to have a look at it. Should be a 10 min work and can pay for it.

was a complex server issue after all...google page 5 query fixed this
