I want to thank everybody for their bids

I just got a bid for $60 PM to me from a buyer that doesn't want his identity revealed.

As a matter of principle , if it's possible I would like a moderator to access my PM account and confirm the bid please.

Thank You

I would assume, that your claim of a bid via pm is legit.

However, as it is an open and public auction, perhaps you can persuade this bidder to post his bids.

No one wants to have to "verify" these bids via your pm box, and it may discourage potential bids from those willing to post.

This is just my opinion, and does not reflect DNF's policies, administration or other moderators.

Note: Should a member request "verification", and you permit it, then I am willing to assist.

Good Luck with your auction!

Thank you for your assistance.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
It doesn't matter either way since the
current bid outbids the $60 bid that was sent
by PM to me.

You have my permission though to verify the $60 bid
if any member requests it.

For the purpose of keeping the auction
process transperant to all bidders I will
not be accepting bids via PM.

Statusx -- please confirm the auction end time/date

I am dropping out of the auction, sorry for inconveniance, explanation was sent to thread starter.

Good luck with auction

ok , because the 3 days from the last bid rule
seems to be extending the auction
for a long period of time I will set a new rule.

New Rule : Auction ends Tue July 5th at 07:00 PM GMT -5
07/05/2005 19:00 GMT -5

That is aproximately 2 days and 2 hours from the time this message is posted

I'm pulling my bids. This does not feel right.

I bid against slavahosting -- I finally bid $101. He bids $102, the highest bid. When I don't bid any further, I get a PM from slavahosting asking "what am I going to do with this domain?".

When I reply that I will not bid further until statusx makes an absolute auction finish time, it magically appears.

Now slavahosting pulls his winning bid?

I certainly don't have to buy this domain -- I didn't win it -- the winner pulled out.

Why don't you start this auction again statusx -- let's see what you get.

ok , I don't know what is going on around here
but it seems that you guys are trying to make me look bad.

I'm just wondering are you all people into a joined effort ? It seems like it.

First I receive a bid in my PM box which I have the good intention to accept and I make a simple request from a moderator to check my PM and post a simple Yes or No and I get a reply that not only doesn't answer the question but creates further doubt.

Second you guys bid up and at the moment I post an ending time the one bidder runs into sudden problems and pulls out and the other bidder suddenly feels scamed.

Are you people here to do business or play games ? Because I'm here to do business.

The auction ends here. vtrader and slavahosting I expect some further explanation on the matter.

The winning bidder is Freddy@EuroDNS

You have to have an actual ending date and time.

SOrry for pulling out of auction I have my reason and I explained to the thread starter via PM if mod or admin wishes for me too make explanation I will.

Vtrader, you are not being scammed, although this auction is kinda weird based on events that occured statusx is not responsible for any of them.

Last time I checked there were no rules against bidding privately via PM, and these bids do not require verification unless other bidders demand it.

Sorry statusx for an awkward auction hopefully your future ones will be with less problems.

This auction is halted until the starter adds an ending time and date.
