Don't think KewGardens.info would be worth much without development, and there are already several prominent sites with high PR about the attraction.

saint louis is a major city and the population of the metropolitan area is almost 3 million. low to mid $x,xxx for now.

Great city, large population, big business, pro sports. The number of publicly known metro city sales is so small that appraisals are little more than subjective guesses. dotINFO is an excellent extension for geo names however.

What the "Saint Louis" end-user will eventually pay for a pure city portal is impossible to determine.
