I would say mid $xx
I would develop it and put adsense on it with related articles.. nice keyword so with some work on building backlinks you should get it ranked in the Serp..

Thanks for your appraisal ezimedia, I will do something with it in future. It is a very nice keyword: 47,900 total searches a month typed as one & two words.
I rarely get any .biz domains but this is a huge business industry name so it works great with this extension.
Any more appraisals?
