Cons - .net, forum(s)<-- plural.

Any other pros and cons you guys can think of ??

I'd say the domain is worth low - mid $xx if undeveloped. The keyword fits to
the .net TLD, but it's not a good keyword. The singular version would be better.
Maybe you can develop the domain into a forum to increase its value. Good luck
with selling/developing your domain!

0. Sorry, my answer will a little bit offtopic.
Sorry for my bad english also.

1. I'm reading long time ago forums related to Domain business but never understood why peoples compare their domains with google results with the contained words on their domainname. Absolutely different thing if i get many results on a search engine for 3-4 or more keywords and different a domain name which can get unique clicks without using search-engines.

for example:
on Google with Windows+Bill+Gates you'll get 2.900.000 results, but it will not guarantee that www.windowsbillgates.com domain is a high value domain by my opinion.

If need i can tell more examples especially one which Ive discovered now while writing my response here and playing with google.
Contains 5 words (totally 19 characters) and 141.000.000 results on google, but by test i'll try it now and give feedbacks about traffic next days.

2. Anyway..
I've no much experience in domain business yet but i think your domain is
a high value domain and have good luck with it!
