I need a complex website built. The page will be on securedbid.com. It will allow auction sellers to require bidders to come to my page to preauthorize a credit card before bidding at their auctions. A 3% fee of the total amount to be preauthorized will be charged to the bidder (buyer). There will need to be a login page for both buyers and sellers. The sellers will be able to log in to see which potential bidders are preauthorized and for what amount. The buyers will be able to log in to view their preauthorized amount and to increase the amount if needed.
