Hello,

How do I list one of my domains parked @ sedo into an official sedo auction?

Thanks

You have to receive first an offer on that domain. Then you will have the option to put it on auction.

Or, if you have a really premium domain, you can write them and ask for an auction.

I see, is that why I see the odd domain listed but without any bids? Then again some of the 0 bid domains currently being auctioned aren't exactly premium ...

If you ask 10 people about a premium domain, you will have maybe 5 opinions, there is no mathematical definition of what a premium domain is :)

I've had a few domains on sale at Sedo for about a week or less. Some are decent two word generics (or so I thought) and a few are very brandable, niche oriented names that I know might take longer to sell, but I feel are worth a decent amount. As I'm sure is not surprising, I have received 0 offers on any so far. And I'm feeling a little discouraged and yes, impatient.

My 3 part question is this -
1.How long on average may it take to sell (if at all) on a site like Sedo?
2.Do you think it helps or hinders to list an asking price?
3. Lastly, does the amount of people viewing your offer (when you go to the offer page) have any bearing on it's interest level or chances of selling or not? One of my domains that I didn't expect any interest in has had a surprisingly high amount of unique visitors and offer views...but still no bite.

Thanks very much in advance.

zymic, do you own the site in your siggy?
