Hi guys,

Not sure if this is posted in the correct place, so if it is not, mods please accept my apoologies.

I sold a name on sedo and am wondering how to go about the transfer process? Or does Sedo take care of that?

Sedo will have you push the name to their account at your registrar. they will send you e-mails and all updates will be in your sedo account.

Congrats on the domain sale!

Once you have reached a sales agreement you will be assigned a transfer specialist. They will assist both you and the buyer with the technical details of the transaction and help with any questions/concerns you may have. I recommend that you use your Sedo account to communicate with your agent.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Sedo account.
2. Click on “Transfer Center” under the “My Sedo” menu.
3. Click on the specific domain name from the “Transfer Overview” page.
4. Add your text to the comment box.
5. Choose whether your Technical Assistant can see the comment (if you have one).
6. Click the “Submit” button.

As already mentioned on this thread, you may view the status of the transfer on the Transfer Overview page.
