Okay this seriously pisses me off. I have had a sedo account for awhile but rarely use it. I don't ever remember auctioning or bidding on a name but anyways...

I tried to bid on a name and got this error:

Your certification has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Please contact our customer support at [email protected], if you feel this action has been taken in error.

What the hell? I haven't done anything so how did I violate the TOS?

Maybe due to inactivity :D

Yes, it's annoying, but you shouldn't take it personally. Send them an email.

I did email them waiting for a reply. Arg.

Hello Pink Misfit,

If you have yet to receive a reply to your email, feel free to send me a PM with your user name. I will look into the issue on your behalf right away. The account's certification may have been suspended erroneously.

In the future, keep in mind that if you neglect to make your payment for a domain name purchase, have bid on your own domains using another account, or do not respond to repeated emails from your Sedo transfer specialist during a transaction, you run the risk of losing your Member Certification privileges.

I look forward to assisting you.
