Sedo has cancelled an auction I was running after the bidding has ended and the payment was being processed for "security reasons". I don't exactly know what this means as it was my first auction. Is it because someone who bid had a stolen credit card or something? :?: No response from the Sedo team on this issue.

Does this happen often?

Thanks

There can be several reasons. I think you should contact your Sedo rep to find out what the reason in this specific case was.

If Sedo thinks there are some "security reasons" they can cancel your auctions.

I had one canceled two days ago. The auction actually was completed and I was waiting on payment... I got an email saying that it had been canceled. When I called they said it was because the buyer was a cause of concern.
