i have just found out

the minimal commision applies also to domains parked with sedo
(if they have no fix price)

so the news "Sep/30/09 Sedo Introduces new No Minimum Commission Offer" means actually "higher fees" (in other words)

because 'no minimum commission' already existed (it was not introduced), and applied to more domains than since october

correctly "Sedo Canceled 'No Minimum Commission' for Most Cheap Domains"

this is only relevant for cheap domains (under 500 euros/dollars)

More than this:

Cheap domains under 500 parked at SEDO with a fixed price of class II or III for ex Asia domains or Fr domains will

pay a minimum commission of $100 or $150 depending on the category.
