I have put in several requests to have a transaction canceled because it is going on three weeks and the buyer has yet to pay for the domain, but I am not getting any response from Sedo.

When I spoke with Sedo a few weeks ago they assured me this was a serious buyer who has thousands of domains with them, yet he can't pay a moderate amount of money for a domain he committed to buy weeks ago?

I rather not keep waiting and having my domain tied up for no reason.

Hopefully Sedo will acknowledge my request now and cancel the transaction, sad that I have to post here to get something done.

If Sedo is so sure then tell them to pay for it and carry the guy's credit... LOL

what a joke...should be a reasonable time frame ...not weeks.

I think I waited about 2 weeks once and they cancelled it right away with one nasty email.

Sad but the old saying you catch more flies with honey is having to move aside. Now its you need to be a nasty boy off the bat.

I am starting to realize that you can't be nice anymore, too many people willing to take advantage of your kindness...

I have called numerous times, I have spoken with the transfer agent, I have spoken with my acct manager...I am still waiting on payment for a domain sold November 26.

And, no payment has been made for a domain sold on December 18

And, no payment has been made for a domain sold on December 29

For the one sold on November 26th, I am told the buyer is in Germany and does not understand the GoDaddy system and does not speak english.

This may come as a shock to Sedo, but Sedo is based in Cologne, Germany.

Does sedo not have a bilingual agent/specialist that can handle this?

Seriously...this is not a joke.

They finally canceled the transaction this morning. No response to any of my inquiries, just the cancellation.

Every day further and further from Sedo, already moved all my domains from their parking and seeing MUCH BETTER results, I rather support my own blog and sell my domains their for 100% of sale price rather than giving them 10% to make situations unnecessarily difficult.

Lisa (SedoCoUK) says she sends me a PM, but nothing was received...
