Is Sedo support dead? I asked them a very simple question via their contact form but have not heard from them more than 3 days now. :rolleyes:

Yes, I recall hearing as well that they don'r work weekends.
 
they reply me within 7 days. i think you need to wait.
 
Yes it may take some time if your issue is not urgent but they ultimately respond.
