I just bought this and would be interested in some ideas or a Price Estimate. Ive already thought of doing some sort of fansite if I have the time or selling well... sega games off of the website (Figures). I would appreciate any input on the domain thanks :)

Hope you didn't pay a lot (did the seller warn you of possible TM violation).

Yes I was aware that it might be a TM violation, but I was playing on two things 1st I checked around for trademarks and

Good, as long as you were aware.

hi,
absoletely a TM name. I advise u to not to contact Sega to try to sell it. I was thinking to register a domain name, dreamcast.us, and saw it has a live Tm. What do want to do with that name? if you also want try dreamcast.us

:) Dont worry I am not stupid enough to contact Sega to sell it and nor would I want to. I figure that I can either re-sell it or sell enough items off of it to make more then I ever would selling it to sega.

Ouch! This is a potential TM issue, no doubt. Be careful, be wise. Also, check the new "Legal" section here ... it's really informative.

Ahh screw it checked Tippys post on this issue and Ive realized it really isnt worth trying to resell well I will find something to do with it.

I think Nintendo took NintendoGames.com from someone, but don't know all the details there. I think if you sell and promote sega games on it, I don't think you'll have that much of a problem with them. If they contact you, just hand it over. Unless, they actually try and buy it. :D
