I am interested in knowing about how do you go about selling GEO domains to end users.

1. Do you use any tools/services to grab the contact info for potential buyers?

2. What kind of message do you use while contacting end users?

3. How do you price your GEO domain, especially the ones like Location+Service/Profession.com?

4. What kind of special tactics selling to end users? :)

5. Which auction sites would you recommend for GEO domains?

For example this:

1. Google / LeadRefs / Contact the other TLDs' owners
2. Simple and short email like: I am the owner of XXX.com. I am offering this domain for XXXUSD. Please tell me if you are interested.
3. Related sales. You can check for example http://namebio.com/
4. Explain the benefits of owning the domain name / Use a reliable escrow service and registrar
5. GoDaddy auctions

most newbs who send out solicitations to so-called "endusers",end up being sent to other domainers.

they include domain names in their emails that are of lower quality than those they are trying to match....in the recipients portfolio.

their appraisals start with bot and research ends at lead refs, then off they go on a spam quest in search of the all-mighty end-user.

some think end-users are mythical characters, created in the minds of old timers

there's is a lot more in between acquring a name, getting appraisal, then trying to sell.

tick, tick, tick
