Yes, I have had an account at Rackspace.com for many years and have been very happy with them.

How many hours a week does it take to run the site?

Sorry it's not $275 but $300/month

We are paying $300/month for a dedicated server from Rackspace. This
includes 100gigs/bandwidth which you won't need with just this site. It's
using around 20-30gigs/month. We could have them cut back bandwidth and
probably get the cost down in the $275 range for a 1-year contract.

They are 100% reliable and that's where our other servers are. We don't have
anything other than InfiniteProfiles hosted on this server and that's why
it'd be real easy to just give you the whole server and transfer everything
that way.

Yes but what type of server, what proccessor? ram?

AMD Athlon XP2800
2.07 GHz 1GB RAM
80GB HDD

I know rackspace is reliable and all but I know tons of other managed server places that are just as good for the fraction of the price .

Doesnt matter where the server is or who its with, theres plenty of servers to take care of it, but its easier to keep it in the same location where it has always worked rather than moving it.

Please answer the question I keep asking about how many hours a week it takes to run the site.

Any bids on this yet? If so, what's the high bid?

Hi Eric, i must have overlooked it - infiniteprofiles is self running and requires 0 hours a week to run it.

offer of 20k
offer of 25k(someone thinking about it)

ISNScott, trevize and Impulse let me know if you would like to place bids on this
thanks ;-)

I'm thinking about it. Any links to traffic stats?

Yes, I am interested, but it worries me that the Alexa ranking has gone down. Seeing some traffic stats from you would help. I have bought many sites where the traffic took a dive after I bought them becausethe previous owner stopped linking to it from his other sites, or had traffic trade deals that stopped when he sold it. I know this was previously part of the crunked.com network, so I assume they were sending lots of traffic to it, and that network no longer exists.

http://www.9mp.com/ipstats/ for infiniteprofiles.com - this is the only site being tracked. as you notice it shows traffic is going down. This is an hourly graph - linear regression across one day.

ISNScott, Trevize and impulse let me know if you would like to make offers

oops, I forgot to run it to update it. I'll let you know today

I think I'm out for now.

updated - please check these stats as they are accurate - we had a problem with the database with the first time around so these are the correct stats as well as up to date

If the offer you have for $20k falls though , let me know. I am not an AIM user myself, so the site is not really my area of expertise, but I will buy any site if the price is right.

I'd be interested in bidding if I knew profit breakdowns for 2004. I understand if you don't have data for december yet, but give me what you have. Basically, I need to have an idea of growth or non-growth. If you only have data for the past two months, send that then.

Also, what are your costs? I assume a dedicated server - what specs and is it overloaded. I want to know how soon it will need to be set up for a multi-server environment if there is growth, that is a major undertaking.

Hi Corga,

it was stated in my post - expenses are $300/month and the specs are in another post in this thread.

Impulse please PM me your AIM name.

Sorry, I made a really obtuse mistake and didn't realize that this thread was 3 pages long. Do you know what server load is during peak? And do you have any more recent earnings data?
