Selling my web site, where to begin?

Hi everyone,

I could have sworn I saw an appraisals forum on this site earlier but I can't seem to find it anymore! I am *very* tired though, so that might be why! If you feel this message is more appropriate for that forum please send me on my way!..

Anyway..

I have a .net domain name with an established web site with a pagerank of 7, I currently earn over $200 on text-link-ads.com per month.

Where would I get an appraisal for this and what information would I provide to make the appraisal as easy as possible?

Any help appreciated!

The domain needs to be in the title but to help also include traffic (where it comes from, etc.), revenue, PR, etc.

Thanks for that. Which forum is the most appropriate for selling an established domain name with or without the content? I would like to have a peek first! Then depending on the appraisal, I might just put it in there.

Appraisals will value your site over what it's really worth. If you want to have real clue on what you would get then upgrade and ask for offers.

The platinum forum is a great place to sell domains and site here but you'll need to upgrade to platinum before you can post there.

That' good to know, thanks for that. Is there a specific amount or percentage the over value is? What do they generally base the value on?
