Up for sale is ThemeParkGuide.net a cool website which lists many theme parks and roller coasters from all around the world. This is a new website which I have literally JUST finished, ready to sell, so there is no traffic or revenue, but the potential is most definately there. Also, there are over 5,500 pages just waiting to be indexed by Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.

The database includes exactly 1,723 theme parks and 3,813 roller coasters. The website uses mod_rewrite to create search engine friendly URL's, so instead of long, dynamic .php addresses, every page appears to be a static .html page to search engines! The website also has different keywords/description meta tags for every park/coaster page to aid SEO. You can put advertisements on every page of the website simply by editing 1 .html file, but if you need help doing this I will help you.

The websites code is completely custom and with the sale I provide 100% rights, I will not re-sell the website in its whole or part form (eg. I will not sell the database or php code) and you have full rights to everything.
