Selling to an end user...

I have yet to complete any transactions at any third party site. In fact, all of my sales so far, were generated by being approached by the buyer. But I want to be more active in unloading some of my domains while maximizing the return by targetting to an end-user.

I realize that for every good experience, there is a bad one, in respect to any site like Afternic, Sedo, etc... which has kind of made me weary, especially if i want to list a high-ticket domain.

Aside from ebay, are there any other suggestions? (it seems to be flooded with a lot of crazy listings - and what's up with those mystery domain auctions that are popping up there lately?)

sometimes you can make a sale by contacting companies and business that you think might be interested in your domains, you can give them a call or send a letter.

If you have the type of domains where you are getting interest from unsolicited buyers, then you don't have much to worry about.
your only problem seems to be patience!

for "third party' sites, the transactions that i've had went pretty smooth, both buying and selling. however, i don't do e(bay).
