.co.in is here for the long haul and has yet to realise a fraction of it's potential.

Don't sell unless you have to, develop if possible, I am getting very good traffic and increasing to Indian.co.in , TajMahal.co.in and a few others. In addition ppc is increasing significantly for parked names.

Oh, you really have a good domain names I like indian and tajmahal. I also seen list at indian.co. Great list. Also see my list at http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=244125

I thank you for your comments and suggestions

I am waiting for the nice offers for seo.co.in. I already got offers upto 3k.

Thanks again

i cant say price now

but if you wanna be rich dont sell it near future

suggest for package deal price

seo.co.in
bpo.co.in
logo.co.in

I actually think the 3k offer (if it was a legitimate offer) was the best offer you will get in a long time, maybe the .co.in has more potential, but for the foreseeable future I think a normal reseller is not going to pay a lot more than 1k right now, there are differences between what people appraise things for and to find a person that is willing to pay it. Those additional domains do not increase the value of the package significantly IMO. You should take the 3k offer if its still on the table and buy other .co.in domains with it if you believe in its potential.

Sell it now if you are getting very high offers because .co.in trend is going now. most of the new sites are going towards .in domains.

Actually it doesn't matter whether it is .in or .co.in when the developed site is good. If you have a good targeted site you will have good SERP's because you know you are local in India ;)

Low x,xxx to start off, nice name seo.co.in

SEO.com just sold recently, didn't it?

seo.co.in is a great name. The big debate is between .in and .co.in but they both will probably have a good future, especially with India's huge population. Opinions seem almost equally divided, I've seen good arguments for both. As internet grows in India, there will be more need for SEO services, which is great for this name. Sell now or hold for more is a question every domainer has to face at some point, good luck! I agree with the value being in the mid-xxxx range at least to the right buyer.

I have the seoco.in instead of seo.co.in

Nice domain but if you are getting +5k offers i'd seriously consider putting it up on auction. I think it will be some time before co.in become highly valuable.

Thanks again hugegrowth as you pointed out the right value of the domain..... you have put torchlight on it. I guess other readers will find your view worth....

PM Sent to you...

I think any domain has a high value to the right buyer like hugegrowth pointed out..but thats to the right buyer, not the other 99.99% of the peopl, the tradeoff between waiting for an offer thats 4-5k when you actually have a 3k offer as you claim is not that high when you factor in the chance of that person coming along, mid $x.xxx is a best case scenarion at end user pricing here IMO, reseller is low $$$$..I dont think its worth the gamble to wait a lot longer if you have a good offer..although it seems you are only interested in positive views maybe you have realized already that the people that you PMed and asking if they would actually buy at that price the responses are not as positive anymore..maybe ask the buyer of seo.com if he is interested
