Serious dedicated Linux host for 60$/MO (That can be taken with an european address)

I'm looking for a Serious dedicated Linux around 60$ month in the US. I'm in europe so I need something that has a good pipe otherwise administrating by SSH and FTP are a pain.
Friends refered me to 1and1.com, that has a root server for 69$ /MO, but the problem is that they require you to reside on US.
There is also ev1servers.com, but the thing is that it's 99$/MO, that's quite a lot to start.
Any pointers ?
