Was there a need for you to state the obvious? if you just look at the site and prices you will see that, if you are not interested in buying turnkey sites, dont bother replying with the obvious.

I think I have to agree with promonde on this one. These sites are hardly "clearly marked" as templates. Personally I think these sites just diminish and distort the worth of real websites in this forum and I think it would be better if they had their own forum: "Template Sites". But the least that should be required is to use the term 'template' in the title and somewhere in the first sentence of the post.

Otherwise it is like the vendors standing in front of the stores selling fake jewelry and hoping for the next newbie/sucker to come along.

dogstar, you are certainly entitled to you opinions of turnkey solutions, but there is a market for them...as far as diminishing values of "real websites", i guess it's all to the eye of the beholder...and one more point and i'm leaving this alone, as far as being able to tell whether these are turnkey or not, they are stated such in the post, and can you not tell by the price tags on these things...i mean if i can find purely original sites with original content, etc for $18-$40, sign me up...you name the source and we'll do some business...

ok, now can we please stop trashing this thread?! thank you to everyone, but please, this should be open for discussion somewhere else, not on someones sales thread...i completely understand all arguements, but there are better ways to argue a point, not on someones thread...thank you all...
