Tough call here. Shabbychic.com is showing a trademark claim to the phrase 'shabby chic' on the home page, so you should probably check http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm to see if it's true and how it could affect your situation. Assuming you're cleared of any TM issues, I'd say $ 1 K might be a good baseline...On the other hand, your DNF location says New York, but your whois says UK, so, not sure how that would affect your equations...
