We are pleased to announce our showcase cooperation with Undeveloped.com. Showcase your best reseller priced domain names here and on the homepage of Undeveloped.com.

Please submit your best names for showcase here. The target buyers are resellers, so any submissions must be priced at a reseller level to be featured.
Submissions are approved manually twice a week. If approved each listing is active for 14 days from the time it was published. All names which are approved are showcased on Undeveloped.com with a link from their homepage to our current listings on Undeveloped.com. Please submit a maximum of 10 names per week per user.

To submit your name please follow this procedure:
  • Post a new thread under the "Showcase domain names with Undeveloped" forum.
  • Include a maximum of 10 liquid domain names.
  • Price all names with a BIN price and a floor price (floor price only needed at Undeveloped.com). Remember the target is resellers.
  • Wait; your thread will not be visible after posting. It will be added to a moderation queue and evaluated ASAP.
  • You will be notified via PM only if your name is selected. If you have not heard back within 7 days, your names were not selected.

If your name is selected please follow this procedure:
  • Go to Undeveloped.com and signup for an account or login to your existing one.
  • Add the domain name in question with your approved BIN price.
  • Once you added the domain to Undeveloped.com send me a PM on DNForum.com confirming you completed the Undeveloped.com listing process.
  • The listing will become active within a few days on both Undeveloped.com and DNForum.com.

In order to participate you must adhere to the following terms:
  • You must be a paid member of DNForum.com.
  • You must be the owner of the submitted domain names, no brokered listings.
  • The listing must be exclusive for the 14 days it is active. No multi venue listings.
  • You must have or create a Undeveloped.com user account.
  • You must accept Undeveloped.com's 9% commission on any names sold.

We hope this brings a lot of relevant eyeballs to your best names and get you some great sales.

Hi

will Undeveloped handle the transaction/transfer and escrow process or is that between buyer and seller... for that 9% commission?

Thanks

Hi Don

Escrow by Undeveloped.com is included in the 9% commission if a sale occurs.

From their FAQ:
"Undeveloped takes care of the whole transaction process by providing a safe and secure Escrow service. As soon as you come to an agreement with a buyer, we send the buyer an invoice. We kindly ask you to provide us with the transfer code or push the domain to our escrow account as soon as we’ve received the funds. The next step is sending the authorization code to the buyer or pushing the domain from our escrow account into the account of the buyer. Finally, if the domain is successfully transferred we will transfer the payment to the account of the seller."

Does this mean that the 10 names must be removed from all sites at which they're currently listed (typically Sedo, Afternic and the like)?
