I tried to register today but failed due to "ID Number/Code of Reference" which I don't find any documentation on how to get this ID number or Code of Reference.

It's frustrating today so what the heck ... skip .asia today!

I understand you need to have a contact anywhere in Asia to be able to activate the names, or do business there, or did I get it wrong?
