I don't know about the other domains but I think sin is somewhere $3k and $4k due to Sin City (Las Vegas) and many companies are named Sin as well.

I usually think that buydomains.com is overpriced on most of the stuff there, but the dude that owns that place sure knows how to capture domains. However, you just might get the 8K for sin.net!

unless you want to encourage poaching, i wouldn't advise talking about names that are still in progress.
