closed Site Apprasial

Alright. This is probably the third time I have put this up for appraisal.

- Outcasted.com
- Been online since July 2003
- REGISTERED version of Invision Power Board
- Forum averages 1200 - 1500 posts a week & 10 - 15 new members a week
- Domain has a PageRank of 5. Various other site pages have different PageRanks
- Has around 3,000 pages indexed in the 4 top search engines (Google, HotBot, AltaVista, AllTheWeb)
- Link pop of around 100 links
- Included in DMOZ
- Webalizer shows 500+ daily uniques
- Most traffic coming in from Google

I know the main site, and other pages need a redesign. Soon they will be, all incorporating the forum member database.

The site makes around $0.50 - $1 a day. Not much. But I have only basically put Google Ads in the footer of the site. Haven't had any other advertising on it.

Any thoughts on what the site is worth? Comments welcome.

hmm, tough call, nice site and niche though

Not a lot of members, but tons of posts, mostly about penis size :-D

Probably worth $1500-$1800

lol, its actually really funny, after reading some more posts, its obvious that (no offense) most of the people on the board have serious issues, but people that spend all day on ANY message boards must have issues, so its funny that at least they are being honest about their outcastiness...or whatever you call it...

Hi Keith, interesting and well done site (and good domain name).

I would estimate its value at between $1000 to $3000 resller, $3000 to $9000 end-user. Good Luck.
