I need 2 appraisals on this domain AND the website based on past/recent traffic & sales:

It's a nationwide (USA; small % of Canada too) ticket broker based website (concerts, sports, theater, family events, etc) that's been in business on the web for over 6 years.
In the passed 4 months, profit has been about $15,000 with no marketing costs.
The website used to be part of several PPC plans for a long time (3 years; 2003 - 2005) but is no longer. I'm guessing that part of the traffic/business is residual traffic from people who bookmarked the site when the PPC plan was in effect.
Please ask me any questions you need to accurately appraise the domain AND the website.
