I agree that it is a great domain to develop. $500 to an end user now - much more if there is a good site with traffic.

I am stunned that it gets 45 type-ins per month. I just can't imagine people typing this in without another reason. Is it similar to another site? Definitely worth more than reg fee. I agree more with $1 per annual visitor, so $500 at least if the traffic is real and doesn't go away.

well DNP, i mean ok low xx$ i understand, i', just curious where do you come up with reg fee?... when a domain has no traffic at all then its reg fee... when im consistently getting around 40 - 45 type-ins just by having it parked with sedo , i think its worth a bit more than reg fee ( im not bitter, i just dont understand your point of view, but thanx anyway)

Duckinla, ya it does get around 45 unqiues a month :) ,
it's interesting that you mention the type thing, but i really can see sizzling being a typo for anything. I dont think ppl would write sizzling instead of hot perhaps by mistake... and i checked sizzlebeaches.com doesnt not exist...

when a few month ago , i had just registered SizzlingBeaches.com i had also registered GorgeousBeaches.com and had no idea of traffic at that point... about 4 month ago i put it on this apparaisal thing, ppl said pretty much reg fee and reg fee that it was a good one, but no-one would even know how to type "gorgeous" ....

but something interesting is that since i reg'ed them, Sizzlinbeaches.com gets around 45 uniques a month and GorgeousBeaches.com get between 35 and 40 uniques a month..... consistently

except for the word "HOT", two adjectives that come to mind when i think of the beach are "BEAUTIFUL", "GORGEOUS" and "SIZZLING"....

i dont know, i thought ppl would actually think the same. ( well, the ppl who type-in, i guess are loll)

anyways, DNP, i respect your opinion and thanx for writing it. please dont be offended if i ask you something regarding the comment you posted... thats not my intention,
Regards,

45 visitors is next to nothing, unless the keyword is well paying.... domains with less than 100 hits a month I usually dont renew. I dont think a beach domain that gets that little traffic is gonna pay for the registration fee over the course of the year..the domain sounds nice, but like yourself noticed, its hard to spell, I think its not a lot over regfee for resellers, but if you find an end user it could be worth low $$$
