reason i did not thank you rockafella was the fact that you appraised $0 ,i bought this yesterday and got an offer more than your appraisal already

You make a good point Acroplex & i agree.
I think is only worth something developed because of this.
What's more the .co.uk is available & if aimed at UK, many people are just not bothered about owning the .com, even big business. It's sitting there for a fiver so if this guy wants to develop, he should reg this too.
Has some potential.
