Looks pretty nice. Is the buyer being granted exclusive rights to the software? Has the software been used with others sites already?

Thanks for your post. The buyer does get exclusive rights to the software..This includes all the source code, website files..etc. As for the second question, the software is listed on a number of freeware websites (CNET and others) where people can find it and download it (The downloads still come back to the exe file on my server). I wrote the software myself so there isn't any other clones of it out there. Let me know if you have any other questions
