Thanks for your post. The buyer does get exclusive rights to the software..This includes all the source code, website files..etc. As for the second question, the software is listed on a number of freeware websites (CNET and others) where people can find it and download it (The downloads still come back to the exe file on my server). I wrote the software myself so there isn't any other clones of it out there. Let me know if you have any other questions
