Last domain I attempted with snapnames that failed, I called them and complained. I got the standard speech about it not being a guaranteed service - talked a little longer and they said on the day my snap failed, they had statistics that showed they were 89% successful at grabbing eligible drops that day.
Pretty good odds, I suppose - assuming they weren't pulling my leg.
