moniker snapnames.com and moniker.com locked account

Hello,

I bought a domain on snapnames.com
My registar is moniker.com

And without no reason snapnames.com locked my account. I sent them an email, and i have no response
And i can't connect to moniker.com too

Is there a problem with snapnames.com and moniker.com ?

Do you have a similar problem ?

Are they serious ?

They did the same to me and I lost 7 really good domains.
My suggestion is to try calling and if they don't resolve your issue, file a bbb report.

Maybe a problem with your credit card, if so, you should be able to pay via PayPal or wire.

Best option in my opinion is to call them and then if not resolved, file the bbb claim.

BBB is a scam organization that has been around for decades.

It is a private company that is basically the pre-internet version of YELP. If you pay them a fee to become a "member" they will delete any negative comments made about you. That's ALL they do. They have no legal standard, and are respected by no one. I'm shocked it's mentioned here in 2013!
