Sold a domain name with Sedo in June, still no pay though

I am a newbie.

I sold my first domain name in June through Sedo.

It was transferred in July.

Now its September and I am without both payment and the domain.

Sedo says that the new owner cannot be found.

Should I kiss the money goodbye or is this normal operating procedure?

do i understand this correct :

you got a notice that the money was paid to sedo and you should transfer the domain to sedo - which you did ?

if this is correct , i would give sedo an ultimatum to return the domain or pay up - or else ( court !!)
this on cries for a lawsuit !

Can you say exactly what happened step by step? Did you transfer the domain to Sedo or did you transfer it directly to the buyer ?

Surely SEDO secured the funds before telling you it was ok to transfer the domain.
