There's only a couple of sites in that directory that have the term "google" in the domain itself. Those few that do are sites which have a ground to stand on because they are anti-google sites. The remainder are either google's sites/subs or sub-domains of other domains with the term google in them.

I would suggest contacting them and saying you had a brainfart 148 times or so over the past few months and decided to turn over all of your TM'ed domains, This way you might be able to keep the two that do make you a few bucks and they have approved. Otherwise you might want to edit out your money making comments on this forum because I'm sure they will be used in a future case. You are stating in this very thread your intentions are to profit from their trademark and that you in fact already have. You have an ebay auction running aswell which shows the world of your intentions. As much as they might like your other site you have no chance in hell winning this case or be able to convince anyone here differently.

Therefore my appraisal is -$$$$ to -$$,$$$ the lower figure being if you just getaway at losing your reg fee's.
