Some questions on GEO Domains

Can anyone help me answer any of the following questions:

1. What geo domains are more valuable "city + Keyword" or "keyword + city"

2. What other rules of thumb do you use when valuing geo domains? Do you look at population? PPC?

Any other info would be great

1. Depends on the keyword an dpopularity of the city IMO
2. Must look at the population of the area you are looking to buy, gdp maybe and of course ppc at the end to strengthen your chances of potential revenue while parked.
