The buyer is a fast growing profitable company traded on NASDAQ

What should I price it at?

in that case ask for 75K and see what they say, stress the fact that its tax deducatible, usually companies already have a marketing plan, maybe even ask for stock instead of cash, tell them the cost of this domain is only about one single TV spot, compared to that 75K is still cheap and they would be silly not to buy it at that price..
