well i would say that has a lot to do with value.

in addition to the hyphens

.com is still king!

and all the other good xbox rankings would it increase the value alot and if so what price would you think

you have to always include the cost of building the site, including labor, in the value.

then the number of visitors, the page rank and any revenue the site produces.

so, the value of your "what if's" cannot be determined, until achieved.
