I buy bq.com ,ycw.com and usd.net from one guy by Escrow.com on March, 2010.
Then he ask VERISIGN to get back these domain names.
The reason is his ID card and E-mail was stolen.
My new register ENAME give these domain names back to TUCOWS now, althogh I have show them my deal agreement document and transfer by authorization code.

Please be attention for these domain names and the guy's other names.

Moreover,
I want to say please use SEDO.com to do deal of domain names.
Because ESCROW.com do not show the evidence of domain names' deal.

Need help. Thanks

Did you buy it from the owner, or were the domains stolen?

oh
my god
bq.com auction end ¥1,301,000 元

I think you need contact with Verisign which is the most important role in this issue before going to court. Good Luck!

since you bought it at a reletively low price, you should have had the feeling, there might be some trouble in it,so,do whatever you can, accept the result, when you can do nothing~ any way you took the bet, take it to the end~

Had escrow.com paid the seller?

Hadson:

Sorry to hear that. As Chinese based in Shanghai, I came here becasue I read your story in Chinese webmaster site. In 2003, one very vauluable English general word (five letter) .com domain name was stolen by a batch of ****ing men in US and China. Those thief were dare enough to contact many potential buyers, including the victim in China, a famous comany based in Hunan province. I helped the company get back the stolen domain name through legal way. It's so complicated.
I'm shocked that ICANN can order registrar to transfer domain name and change owner without legal decision from court or arbitration authority. It seems that ICANN is so similar to the government in some countries, where those government draw the law, explain the law and violate the law they made.
Your case is also complicated as it involved different companies, countries and legal systems. I can give you my experience on fighting with the domain name thief. My QQ is 37848759.

Who is the guy ?

Please show more information about him, I would like to know who is he to be noticed the domains were stolen after "three months".

I think he is a swindler.

Good luck to you.
