Spice companies already have their sites developed. Some marketing manager is not going to call you up and pay 6 figures for "spices.com" You should sell to the guy that offered you $20,000 and go on vacation. Wasn't there a story about a company that finally bought the dot com version of their dot net address and they lost millions of dollars in lost emails and lost advertising and lost seo web work? just my $0.02
