Spyware popup

I seemed to have picked up some type of spyware. Its a timed popup that hits each time i access IE. I have scanned my pc with adware, mcafee, and nothing picks it up? I have checked everywhere and cant find this one... Is there something new out there?

And, yes, there is something new out there! Actually quite a few...
I'm trying to dig up the thread that helped me.
I had a trojan program that was calling IE repeatedly till it slowed my computer down.
I ctrl alt delete and saw dozens of instances of IE.
I'll send you the exact link that helped me, if I can find it.

I remember the one I had placed entries in my hosts file, so I'd check that quick if I were you!
