sold for $30K on sedo...

who got the better deal, the buyer or seller? or was it a good deal for both?

I think the seller definitely got a better deal

I think both did fine especially if buyer sells stereos good overture numbers especially for a deveolped site

Seller. I think that price is very high for the name.

Good deal for the buyer.

I could see this branded on the radio where websites are adver tised.

One national radio spot can cost $1,000 and up. A great domain name is vital to make the most of the advertising.

I was in negotiations with the seller. He was asking over $100K but dropped it under $40,000 within a day or two which I thought was still too much.

Is that a popular term still?

I rarely hear it.

While I'm inclined to say the buyer still got the better deal, you do make a good point. I was thinking the same thing as I thought about this question...I think the buyer still has the edge here, however.
