still waiting on Neustar

still waiting to get a couple .kids.us sites reviewed and still not even a return email about anything ,,has anyone dealt with neustar before ,,,this is redicules i was planning about 20 sites right off the bat to go into the kids.us directory but if this is what the process is going to be like i don;t think so,,,,,,,,,,,i can see now why theres nothing in the directory.
