Sub Accounts

In my account I see that I can create sub accounts. Do I get $$ if I give someone a sub account and they reg a domain?

Do they get special $6.85 pricing by default?... Can I decide what I want their rate to be?

It is for other users to login to your account with. It doesn't create reseller accounts.
