Just in the process of transfering this one into my name. What do you think in terms of value? I plan on developing it but interested in your thoughts on the value of the name alone :)

Thanks,
checknme.

Great name for any website except for those greedy ex-wives who think men are on earth just to serve as wallets for their every whim.

I've been paying "Support" for over 23 years. I'm entitled to my opinion.

My non-US impression is that wife's are seen as contributors. E.g a succesful businessman would not have been succesful without his wife cooking the dinner everyday. Therefore wives are entitled to their share of the cake.

I read this somewhere, so it's not my personal opinion.

It's a very brandable domain, it's 6 characters long, and the potential commericial uses are enormous. If this were a .com it would be valued in the mid to upper $xx,xxx range. The trouble assigning value to .biz names are current .biz sales figures. Most of the reported .biz sale names are "reseller" price figures. Therefore if you were to get an appraisal, it would be at the "reseller" price range. $750 is a little high. I would put it at about $500.00 (undeveloped). End user price undeveloped: 5 x $500=$2500 (based on the fact end user prices are ususally 5x's the reseller price)

To increase the value of this valuable .biz domain you should go with your gut instincts and develop the property. Development always attract well-healed investors.

I think it's worth what someone will pay.

$500 is an average reseller price. I'm sure there are some domainers even willing to pay more than $750, but in the same breath, $250 would be the most some would pay. It's hard to assign an "Exact or Unique" appraisal price....that is until now. I know that you will pay $750 so the "Exact Appraisal Price (EAP) is $750.
