I am having trouble with support again.
I have send the same email 3 times to support since Monday about 300 transfers I want to start but I haven't received a reply yet. I also send an email to Victor Pitts yesterday.
They only replied to one other email I send on Tuesday about some other transfers.
This has happened quite a few times. Emails are lost all the time.
What is going to be done about this?
