Who exactly is buying online CPM? The measurement of an online campaign is always CTR, no so much exposure. The only exposure deals are typically sponsorship and content driven ones that are vetted. $400MM is an outrageous figure and overstated to sound the alarm. I agree that their are plenty of deceptive practices out there but Johnson & Johnson isn't buying $300K in a CPM media buy. FYI, where can I get a CPM deal?
