I am not sure if I should setup a website or if I should sell this domain name.

Does anyone have any idea what this domain name is worth?

Would it be better to spend time and money developing a website before sell it, or just sell the domain name to someone that could develop a new website that fits their needs?

Any/all advice and feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance!

There exists already a lot of seo sites since years. So to develop this site means you need to do a lot to get "real users". This can take xx months.
Also the name is long with 3 words. In my opinion not ideal. I can tell you I have sold a name with seoxixx.com for under 10 Dollar. To get rid of it.
There exists thousands of names with seo in it available for sale with different prices. Therefore I would search there first to find out what this domain name could be worth.
