Agreed............this is a must develop domain. I got an offer on Sedo about two years ago for $5,000. It was shortly after I acquired the domain. I'm not anxious to sell. Actually many of my domains are best for end-users. We are slowly developing them. In the meantime the PPC is like having a CD.

Thanks for the concern but my son is an Attorney. He already checked out TalkNet.com for any potential TM issues. I'm happy to say, there are no issues.

I think its awesome, it's so hard to find a nice and clean domain for a forum/discussion site, i think you should aim at mid x,xxx.

I would prefer to develop than sell it for less, it's a win-win situation.

$5000 is the best prize for the domain. If you want to sell then give them and get the money fast. If you want to develop then I am sure the value will be more after development.

I found where TalkZone.com sold in March 2007 for $9,000 undeveloped.

I think the enduser value on this domain undeveloped is 3-5K...I think it is a great name and can sell for more...but I also think there are a lot of options for similar names. I would sell for 5k (personally) if I was not developing.

This one really jumped out as I was browsing the appraisals. It's a real winner. Much better than talkzone.com. Should easily be worth $xx,xxx imo, and even reaching the $xxx,xxx zone would not surprise me if it happened.
